Bruschetta with olive oil "Romeo and Juliet"

Ingredients for 2 people

4 Slices of breadOrganic extra virgin olive oil Romeo and Juliet.TomatoesMozzarellaBasil and Salt

Preparation of “Romeo and Juliet” olive oil bruschetta

Undoubtedly the easiest recipe (if you can call it that) this bruschetta is in my opinion the best way to taste a good Romeo and Juliet organic extra virgin olive oil.

To prepare it, you just have to cut nice slices of bread, neither too thin nor too thick, grill them and drizzle them with Romeo and Juliet organic extra virgin olive oil. Salt and it's good, the bruschetta is ready.

And if all this seems really too simple, you can rub the bread with a clove of garlic and add oregano.

Spaghetti with garlic and oil pâtes à l'ail et huile d'olive

organic extra virgin

It is sometimes called Midnight Spaghetti which means midnight spaghetti because chefs make it as an express dinner when returning home from work for an express dinner.

Originally, in the Italian restaurant where I go with my family on occasion, these aglio e olio are served with fettuccine which can be replaced by tagliatelle or even spaghetti.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the pasta with 1 tablespoon of Romeo and Juliet organic extra virgin olive oil.

Bake according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Add the dried peppers and the minced garlic and sauté until it takes on a nice brown color (be careful not to burn the garlic).

Add the parsley and a ladle of the cooking juices from the pasta to stop the cooking.

When the pasta is cooked remove it from the pot and add it directly to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.

Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve immediately.

Ingredients

400g pasta

8 garlic cloves peeled and minced

½ teaspoon of Espelette pepper

salt and black pepper to taste
